次回は、三代目店主が教えてくれた、ソースでは無く「塩」でお好み焼きを食べたいと思います。

お好み焼きなんて、全国どこで食べても同じだろうと考えていましたが、脂カス入りがとんでもなく美味く度肝を抜かれました。考えを改めました。大阪は、フードコートのお好み焼きもなかなかレベルが高いです。
I went there three times when I stayed in Osaka.
I was thinking that okonomiyaki would be the same no matter where I ate it, but it was ridiculously delicious because it contained fat residue. I changed my mind. Osaka's food court okonomiyaki has a very high level.

特にあぶらかすは最高ですわ。
カスネギ焼きそばにカイワレと目玉トッピング、カイワレが絶妙に合ってめちゃめちゃ美味かった。
