★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Elevator and wheel access consistently backed up. It's hard to enjoy a store when you cannot get into it. Even during quiet weekday hours customers ignore signs and ride elevators for wheelchairs, strollers and those with physical ailements. There needs to be staff, especially on weekends. Train access to the Inokashira line is very slow because of this too.
