ただ、床に落とした食材をそのまま調理してお客に出すのを目撃してからは一度も行っていません。
ま、だいぶ前の話ですがね・・・

メニューは豊富です。
ラーメン、カレー、丼物、定食、一品料理・・・・・などなど。
ラーメンの種類も多いです。
普通のラーメン、味噌ラーメン、タンメン、もやしそば、五目そば、広東麺、
ワンタンメン、天津麺、つけ麺・・・・・・・・他にもいろいろ。
一品料理も、餃子、野菜炒め、焼き肉、酢豚、麻婆豆腐、かに玉、とんかつ、
・・・・・・などなど他にもたくさん。
これだけ多いと何を頼むか迷いますね。
結局私は天津麺を注文しました。
天津麺はラーメンの上に具の入った大きな玉子焼きが乗っています。
ご在はズワイカニ、しいたけ、タマネギ、ネギ・・・・・などなど。
久々に食べる天津麺。
玉子焼きの表面がほんのり焼き目が付いていて美味しいのと、
中の具材、麺、スープ・・・これらが組み合わさって、
何とも言えない美味しさ。
美味い！美味すぎる！！！
他のメニューもきになります。
また食べに行きます。
