We were graciously greeted by both Toshihisa and Go Yoshizawa and presented with a few knives to view. I ended up acquiring both a Gyuto and Nakiri! Can’t wait to get my hands on a few more knives, they take pride in their craft and it’s shows through their passion and dedication to their history.
