★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 開栓の手続きの電話をしたのですが電話に出た女性の方が非常に感じが悪かったです。こちらが名前を尋ねるまで名乗りもしませんでしたし、終始ぶっきらぼうな対応で気分が悪かったです。
 I called for the opening procedure, but the woman who answered the call was very uncomfortable. I didn't give my name until I asked for my name, and I felt sick because of the blunt response from beginning to end.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 延滞料金の支払いため、振込先の問い合わせで電話をしましたが、電話先の女性に人を見下した話し方をされ、とても不快でした。数日の遅れであんな話し方をする人間性を疑いました。
こんなに不親切なガス屋ははじめてです。
二度と利用したくはないです。
ガスの開栓に来た作業員はとても感じがよく親切でしたのに残念です。
I made a phone call at the transfer destination in order to pay the overdue fee, but it was very uncomfortable because the woman at the phone called looked down on me. I doubted the human nature of speaking that way with a few days delay.
This is the first time I've ever seen such an unfriendly gas store.
I don't want to use it again.
It is a pity that the workers who came to open the gas were very nice and kind.
