On days when there is no auction, no crabs are served. Crabs are fresher and tastier than anywhere else because they do business with that stubborn attitude. ??✨

城崎温泉駅周辺で各自1時間の自由時間。
酒のアテ求めてウロウロ・・
オオ!!美味しそうな大きなハタハタはっけ～ん( '∀' )
店員さんに聞けば、これはオスでぶりこは入ってないが身の味は抜群との事。
ん・・メス食べたかったなぁ・・
でも、ぶりこ入ってても上手に焼けるかわからんからね(^_^;)
よっしゃ、いっちょ買ってみましょ！

帰って早速焼いてみました。
淡泊な身ですが旨味がスゴイ！
このハタハタ独特の風味が酒にめちゃ合いますねぇ。
呑兵衛の為に生まれて来たような魚だね( ＾∀＾)

One hour free time around Kinosaki Onsen Station.
In pursuit of alcoholic taste
Ooo!! It looks like a big hathahata hakken~ ('∀')
I asked the store clerk that this is a male and it doesn't have a bell pepper, but the taste is excellent.
I wanted to eat a female...
However, I don't know if I can burn it well even if I put in a belly (^_^;)
Let's buy one!
■Jumbo Hatahata 800yen
Contains 5 fish.
I went home and baked it immediately.
It is a light-hearted person, but the umami is amazing!
This unique flavor of Hatahata goes well with sake.
It's like a fish that was born for Doubei (^∀^)
was delicious! Feast!

It was newly opened as an antenna shop for Futakata Kamaboko, and also sold a small amount of fresh fish.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 沢山の練り物が売られていたのに買うのに夢中で写真を撮り忘れました。どれも美味しかったし5日日持ちすると聞いたので、翌日の帰宅日は休店日だった為、初日に購入してホテルでチェックアウトまで冷蔵庫で預かって貰いました。結構な重量感ですよ。ここで買った香住の蟹味噌はお土産にとても好評でした。こちらは瓶が重いので宅配便にしました。
I forgot to take a picture because I was absorbed in buying it even though many pastes were on sale. I heard that they were all delicious and would last for 5 days, so I bought them on the first day and kept them in the refrigerator until check-out at the hotel because the day I returned home the next day was a closed day. It's quite heavy. The Kami crab miso I bought here was very popular as a souvenir. This is a heavy bottle, so I chose a courier service.
