★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一部の店員の方の接客が暗い。書店も接客業と言うことを理解していないようです。コロナ禍で、就労してお金を稼ぐことが大変かもしれませんが、お店に訪れているのはお客様です。笑顔で気持ち良く買い物をしていただく事をしっかり教育した人を売場に立たせて下さい。
The customer service of some clerk is dark. Bookstores don't seem to understand that it's a hospitality business either. It may be difficult to work and make money with Corona, but it is the customers who visit the store. Please let a person who is well educated to shop comfortably with a smile stand in the sales floor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 紀伊國屋書店だけあって、品揃え、陳列方法も見やすく重宝してますが、先日伺ったら、絵本等の児童書のほとんど全部と月刊雑誌（私が買おうかなと思ったもの）がラッピングされ、雑誌は十文字にシールされていて、中身を見ることができなくなっていました。絵本等は中を見て吟味して買うことがほとんどだと思いますが、これではただ大量に中身の見れない本が陳列されているだけです。思うに本を乱暴に扱う人が多くて苦慮しているのかな？とは思いますが、その解決策としてラッピングして積んどくではあまりにも芸がないのでないかと思いました、紀伊國屋書店ともあろうものが。手にさわって中身が見れないのであれば、Amazonでクチコミをみて吟味して買う方がよっぽどマシです、翌日配送されてきますし。どうかもう少し知恵を絞って、、リアル書店ならではの存在意義を発揮して、「さすが紀伊國屋書店！うまく対応している！」と思えるようにして欲しいと思いました。ラッピングしている絵本を大量に陳列しているくらいなら、見本誌以外は全部引っ込めて、カウンターでバックヤードから持ってきて売るというふうにでもしたらどうでしょうか？ 本屋さんは、ふらっと訪れて興味のある分野だけでなく、目についた良書を選ぶことに意味があると思ってます。そのせいで、ついつい買い込み過ぎて反省してますが。本屋の中の本屋さん、ガンバッテクダサイ。
