★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ポイントの付くクーポンを使えるかどうか伺った店員がわからなさそうだったが、周りの店員に聞くことなく使えると返答、本当に大丈夫か確認するも、大丈夫ですと言うので信じて使ったがポイントはつかなかった。
わからないのを責めるつもりはないが、嘘はつかないで欲しい。
殆どの店員が他人行儀で愛想はない

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店員に愛想がないというより、単純に分業と協業がうまくいっていない。全然混んでないのに一度のサービス利用で担当者が3回変わって、同じ説明を3回させられた。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 24時間営業である事が最大のセールスポイントではないかと思います。遅い時間になって、印刷物を大量に必要とする事になった時等は大変有り難い。
接客対応はスタッフによって評価は分かれるのでは。逆に、池袋という土地柄か、バラエティーに富んだ方々が来店してきては、中々無茶な要求をしている事が多いように感じるけど、スタッフは割合淡々と業務をこなしているように思います。
会員にならないとPCが使えなかったり、コピー料金が割引されなかったりするけれど、私は評価してます。
(令和3年1月現在)
営業時間は昨年より 8:00 - 22:00 となり、24時間営業に戻る事はないのかと尋ねたら、恐らくこのままだと思います、とのお返事でした。
可能であれば、もう少し営業時間を延ばしてもらえると有り難いです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 550円かかるとの説明だったのに1100円請求された。パソコンの利用時間の説明が一切なかったのに説明したと言われた。サポート代は分かりますが従業員の方がやり方に手こずっていてそれですごく時間がかかったせいなのにその分の金額延長で請求されて詐欺にあった気分です。

■店員の態度と品質
恰幅のよい女性店員、メガネかけた小柄な女性店員ともに無愛想で顔にはっきりと『面倒』と書いてる感じの対応をして頂きました。
それはまぁ我慢するとして、、
後者の店員はミスプリントしておきながら『貰ったデータを印刷しました』とぶっきらぼうな発言。渡したデータ確認してもらってミスが発覚したら謝罪もなく『印刷しなおします』と投げやりな態度。データ6個を一枚ずつ印刷するだけで2枚もミスるってどれだけ無能なのかと……
ちなみに店員のミスで再印刷してるのにPCの利用時間は再印刷の間も計測してるようでした。わざとミスしてPC利用時間を稼ぐように指示されてたりするのかと思われちゃいますよ
(USBのデータをデスクトップのフォルダに移しただけなので私の使用時間は1分以下。これでPC使用料取れるのだからいい商売ですね笑)
値段も安いわけではないし、その理由は人件費だと思うのですが……
24時間営業でもなくなったし、サービスも低下、もう使いたくないなぁ

(My usage time is less than 1 minute because I just moved the USB data to the folder on the desktop. It's a good business because I can get the PC usage fee with this lol)
The price is not cheap, and I think the reason is labor costs ...
It's no longer open 24 hours a day, the service is down, and I don't want to use it anymore.
