かなりの頻度で利用してますが、充分にいいお店だと思います。都内で23区外はここにしかキンコーズさんないので重宝しています。低評価の方は多分周りを見れていないのでは?少人数しかいない店員さんに我先にと群がればそりゃ誰でも大変ですよね。都心部の方は沢山店舗あるみたいなので丁度良く客足も分散したり大きいお店は店員さんの人数も多いのでそれ相応に対応出来るのではないでしょうか。料金もちゃんとHPや料金表に載ってます。ただ初心者には少し分かりにくいかも。急かせば店員さんも人ですので慌てて仕事も荒くなりますよね。時間に余裕をもってやりたい事を明確に伝えればいろんな提案もしてくれますし、臨機応変に応えてくれます。こちらが穏やかに接すれば丁寧に説明してくれます。あくまで人と人なんですから。

かなり印刷とラミネートの質が悪いです。 今まで、新宿や渋谷・池袋・日本橋など様々な店舗を利用しており、なんの問題もなかったのですが、このコロナ化でテレワークにより家から一番近い立川店を利用するようになりました。 なのですが、、、とにかく立川店の質の悪さに驚かされ利用を悩んでいます。立川店で印刷すると印刷物にスジが入ったり、ラミネートに空気が入ったり、、、製本が直ぐとたり、、指定した用紙・枚数を間違えたり(その分料金返金されていないです、数百円なのでいいやと思いましたが)。 利便性を選び我慢していましたが3回に一回くらいの割合で何かしら仕上がりにミスが出るので遠くても新宿店に行こうかなと検討中です。 他のレビューにもあるように、店員さんの態度が気になる瞬間もありますが、親切な方もいるので接客に対しては人によるかなと思います。 皆さん一杯一杯な印象なので、、店員さんの人数に対してタスクがありすぎなのかなと思いました。 私みたいに何回も利用していると特に何も聞かずできますが、初めて利用される方に対する案内が見ていて雑だなと思う時があります。

年賀はがきが刷れると思いこんで来店しました。 店舗で刷れない旨をとてもご丁寧に説明いただけたのはとても良かったと思います。年末なので受付前で5分以上待たされるのも致し方ないなと思います。 が、口調だけはごく丁寧でしたが態度は高圧的で案内は最低限の内容のみ、根本的な印刷の手順を聞けるような雰囲気でもなく、年賀はがきとは別に印刷したいものがあったので店舗で刷れる紙を選んで印刷しようとしましたが厚すぎて何度も詰まり厚さを変更してもダメ(当然話しかけられる範囲にいない)結局印刷ができませんでした。諦めて受付でお会計した際にようやく「厚み変更しましたか?」と聞かれましたが、紙を渡す時点で確認や案内することなんじゃないんですか?なんで諦めて帰るタイミングで言うんですか?インクジェットとレーザーの違いを語るのが仕事ですか?サービスとして最低だと思います。 新宿など他の店舗を普段からよく利用させていただいておりますが、こんな経験初めてです。 こちらの店舗を利用されるくらいなら他店舗か他印刷サービスかセブンで刷った方が早くて良いですよ。 私の時は女性店員さんでした。

You can also use their computers to work on documents or access your information online. But, you need to sign up for a membership card, which is free. The prices are reasonable, too.

Had to print some pamphlets out for my wedding ceremony here so I had to come multiple times. First off, I just did not enjoy interacting with any of the staff. Particularly one of the male staff. They just looked like they didn't want to be there and made it very obvious. I can speak Japanese so language wasn't the issue. Even among themselves, the staff didn't seem to talk much. It was a weird atmosphere. Luckily, I didn't have any issues with my prints so I didn't have to interact with them more than I needed to.
