遠州焼きは、お店の遠州焼き。って感じです。僕らオヤジ世代がガキの頃に食っていた（食べさせられていた）、『お好み焼き』=今の『遠州焼き』はなんかもっとペラペラで硬め、雑に切った黄色いたくあんに紅生姜の記憶(^^)
どれもとても美味しくいただきましたが、より美味しく感じさせてくれたのは、このお店、スタッフさんの対応がとても良かった事。
お店も混んでいて忙しかったとは思うのだけれど、一組一組のお客さんに雑にならずに丁寧に笑顔で接客されていました。
また掛川方面に行ったときにな寄りたくなりますね。
この日は掛川へのドライブ帰りでお店を探していましたが、20時を過ぎていたため開いているお店が見つからず、たまたま通りかかって入りました。がとても気持ちよく食事が出来てラッキーでした(^^)
また、丁度開店6周年という事でローストビーフをサービスして頂き2度ラッキー！
今度は一品料理も頼んでみたいと思います！
180505 First visit. Mixed okonomiyaki and Enshu ware. Yakisoba is strong.
Enshu-yaki is the shop's Enshu-yaki. I feel like that. "Okonomiyaki" = the current "Enshu-yaki" that we were eating (giving them to eat) when the old man was a kid, was harder with a bit of fluff, and the memory of red ginger (^^)
All were very delicious, but what made me feel better was that the shop and staff's response was very good.
I think the shops were busy and busy, but the customers were politely smiling and waiting for us, without being crowded.
Also, when you go to Kakegawa, you will want to come closer.
I was looking for a store on the way back from Kakegawa on that day, but I couldn't find an open store because it was past 20:00, so I happened to pass by. I was lucky to have a very nice meal (^^)
In addition, I was lucky to have the roast beef served as it was just the 6th anniversary of the store opening!
Next time I would like to order a single dish!
