Noguchi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2020年11月に庄内旅行の際に初めてお邪魔しました。30年近く前に亡くなった祖母が「古鏡」が大好きで、木村屋さんを知っていましたが、和菓子だけでなく、洋菓子も作られているのは伺って初めて知りました。その際にケーキを買って帰りたかったのですが、まだ11月ということと、帰りに新潟でもう一泊の予定があり、断念。リベンジすべく2021年12月の年末に再訪。3日遅れのクリスマスと言わんばかりにケーキを買い込み、自宅にて堪能しました。上品でありながら印象が残る甘さに感動。クリームもしつこくないながらも濃厚で思った通りの美味しさでした。更に少し日持ちがするということで、レアチーズケーキ2種類とアップルクーヘンも購入し、お正月にゆっくりと堪能しました。レアチーズケーキの甘味と酸味のバランス。さくらんぼ、ラフランスのジャムの上品な甘さに濃厚なクリームチーズのコクと酸味は絶妙でした。アップルクーヘンのアイデアも見事でりんごの甘味と酸味がバームクーヘンの味を邪魔することなくお互いをきちんと引き立たせていて文句無しの美味しさでした。次回は車載の冷蔵庫を準備して伺おうかと思っています。 I visited for the first time during my trip to Shonai in November 2020.
