★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 受付の女性の電話応対が最悪すぎて行く気も失せました。診療のレベルは分かりませんが、こういった人を雇っているのはその程度の病院だと思われても仕方ないと思います。かかりつけ医からおすすめされて電話しましたが、行くことはないです。
⇒その後、緊急の用事があり、かけこみで受診しました。どんな受付の方か注目しておりましたが、とても電話対応が酷そうな方はいらっしゃらなかったです。
木村先生の診察はとても丁寧で、アッサリ、スピード重視の医師を冷たいと感じる方にはいいと思います。聞きたいことを聞けるような空気感を作ってくださってます。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今天早上8点半到医院，给我女儿看病。护士首先不让我把婴儿车拿进去，之后在等待的过程中又用语言辱骂我不应该把孩子的衣物放在等候区的椅子上，用非常大声并且粗鲁的语言说这里是给医生坐的椅子把这些东西拿走。既没有用敬语也没有一个护士应该有的同理心去对待患者家属以及孩子。作为一个儿科医院，护士这样的行为非常的不专业并且把病人没有当作一个自然人来对待，就像对待一只动物一样对待孩子，没有人性。不知道是因为觉得外国人就可以区别对待还是她一直就是这样工作的。非常遗憾遇到这样的护士。非常糟糕的体验。
