事前に電話で「ネット通販品の発電機だが修理可能なのか？」と確認し、「可能だ」と返事をもらっている。
なのに、持ち込み時にも、修理上がり引き渡し時にも、延々と「本来は購入店持ち込みが基本」だの何だのと、グチグチと言われた。
持ち込み可能なのか？を確認済で、しかもHONDAが無償修理対象と宣言している発電機の修理でグダグダ言われる筋合いは無い。
本当にHONDAの認証店なのか？詐欺っぽい。
精神衛生に非常に悪いので利用しないことをお勧めする。

Is it really a HONDA certified store? It's fraudulent.
