★ ★ ★ ★ ★ クリーニングに出した商品を無くされて仕上がり日以降も受け取れなかった。何点かお願いしたのに1点しか店舗に無くバラバラにされていた。結局後日見つかったが、手間も時間も駐車場代も無駄。謝罪もすみませんの一言で終わり。従業員同士での連絡もできていない。クリーニング出すのも受け取るのも絶対に駐車料金取られる。西友で1000円以上買ってやっと西友で無料の処理をしてもらえる。ただでなくても一方通行沿いで駐車場も狭いのに不便すぎる。駐車料金の無料処理して下さい。一番自宅から近いけど改善されなければ他の店舗に行こうと思います。

マフラーを吊るし仕上げとたたみ仕上げどちらがいいですか？と聞かれ言葉だけで分からずそれは何ですか？と質問したのに、吊るし仕上げとたたみ仕上げになるんですけどどちらにしますか？どっちでもいいですか？と答えてくれずどちらでもいいですと言いました。
言い方もすごく嫌な言い方で気分悪かったです。
あのおばさんがいるときはもう絶対いきません。
それかほかの店へ行きます。
