★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 子供が小さい頃からよく購入していましたが、今日の対応にはがっかり。クオカードをつい出してしまったらアルバイト男性店員か「当店では使えません！」、「当店ではお使いいただけないんです」とかもっと柔らかいニュアンスで伝えられますよね？横にいた男性店長は、財布からポイントカードを探している私に大きな声で「こちらの本にカバーおつけしますか！！！」(カード探してるのになに？)え？と顔を上げると自分の顔の横に、２冊購入したうちの１冊の表紙をこちらにバン！！と向けていました…TVショッピングじゃないんだから。さりげなく前に出して(購入客だけが見えるようにして)聞けないですか。アルバイトも店長も気遣いなさ過ぎて気分悪く帰りました。これではアルバイトの言葉遣いも注意してないんだろうな…気遣いも配慮も微塵も感じられないお店では今後も気持ちよく購入できそうにありません。紀伊国屋さんのほうが丁寧。当分はネットで買います。★ゼロにしてもコメントかけるのかわからなかったので、仕方なく★1つけてます。本当はゼロ！！

Both the part-time job and the store manager were too careless and went home feeling sick. I don't think I'm paying attention to the wording of my part-time job ... I don't think I can buy it comfortably at a store where I don't feel any concern, consideration, or dust. Kinokuniya is more polite. I will buy it online for the time being. ★ I didn't know if I would comment even if it was zero, so I have no choice but to add ★ 1. Really zero! !!

「袋とカバー付けますか？」と聞かれ、
「はい」と言ったのに本そのままを渡してきて最終的に「ありがとうございました」と言って会計終わりました
まじで最悪です
星1つ付けてもらってるだけ有難いと思ってほしいくらいです

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 旧そごうに入っていた紀伊國屋書店が、なくなった今 喜久屋書店は西神中央でただ一軒の本屋さんになりました
幅広くいろんなジャンルの本がそろっていて行くのが楽しみなお店の一つです
The Kinokuniya bookstore that used to be in Sogo has disappeared, and now Kikuya bookstore is now the only bookstore in Seishin Chuo.
It is one of the shops that I am looking forward to having books of various genres in a wide range.

店内通路にて男性店員同士の私語が激しくうるさい。
他のお客さんもそこそこ居てるのに、空気の読めなさは異常。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ﾌﾟﾚﾝﾃｨ1番館 3階。広くて見やすい書店です。2022年2月11日より現金での会計時に喜久屋書店ﾒﾝﾊﾞｰｽﾞｶｰﾄﾞとｳｴｽﾄﾒﾝﾊﾞｰｽﾞｶｰﾄﾞの両方のﾎﾟｲﾝﾄが付くようになったのでお得ですよ。
Plenty 1st Building 3rd floor. It is a large and easy-to-read bookstore. From February 11, 2022, you can get points for both Kikuya Tosho member card and West member card when you check out in cash, so it's a great deal.
