プレゼントの相談にのってもらい、ラッピングもきちんとしてくれました。
セレクトもステキなのでまた利用したいと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 品揃えはよかったがとにかく店員の態度が酷かった。キャップをかぶって髭をはやした店員。他の店員さんはよくわからないが本当にこの方は酷かった。まるで接客というものを学んだことがないのか。終始無愛想。声をかけることも全くなく、レジでつまらなさそうに仕入れの作業をしているだけ。また、服について尋ねても適当な返答のみ。品物はよかったので一つだけ購入したが、ありがとうございましたの一言もなし。
接客というものもう一度一から学んでみてはいかがでは、と思う。
ここまでひどい店員に出会ったのは初めてであったので投稿させていただきました。
The assortment was good, but the clerk's attitude was terrible. A clerk with a beard wearing a cap. I don't know the other clerk, but he was really bad. Have you ever learned about customer service? Unfriendly from beginning to end. I don't call out to me at all, I just do a trivial purchase at the cash register. Also, when asking about clothes, only appropriate answers are given. I bought only one item because it was good, but thank you very much.
I think it's time to learn customer service from the beginning.
This is the first time I've met such a terrible salesclerk, so I'll post it.

以前コメントにてあまり良い印象ではなく書かれていたため怖かったのですが、優しく対応していただきました。また、金髪の店員さんに『服オンチな私に似合う服装を選んでください』と頼んだところ"なぜこのアイテムが似合うか"をきちんと説明していただけ、少しですが服を買いに行くハードルが下がり嬉しい気持ちです。(1着購入しました)
初めはクールな感じで接客するタイプなのかなと感じましたが、話したり質問をしていくうちに服が好きなことが伝わり好印象です。
私がお店に入った時は金髪の男性とアフロの男性でした。今回接客は金髪の男性でしたが、アフロの男性もニコニコしてくださり滞在しやすかったです！
