★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I needed to register my residence, and Google maps sent me here. However, this place only serves retired people. Yet, the staff was very, very friendly and helped me find where I needed to go. They spoke English, and prepared maps for me. I don't know about their service, but 5 stars for kindness.
