蝶	蝶蛾 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 鰻…鰻が食べたい…‼︎ だが、この周辺には鰻を扱っている飲食店が数多存在した。そんな中、このお店は駅の近くだと言うのにひっそりと佇んでいた。お店の前を通ると香ばしい香りがして匂いだけでこのお店は美味いのだろうと直感が働いた。長年、美味いものを食べてきた食通ならばこのシンパシーはきっと理解できるはずです。店内はモダンな雰囲気で、感染対策もしっかりとしておりました。残念ながらこの時期ですのでお酒は飲めませんでした。だが、この女将さん本当に炭酸飲料の引き渡し方を分かっている‼︎‼︎ コップにただ注いで持っていくのではなく瓶とジョッキグラス！！これは素晴らしい炭酸を自分で注いだ時の飯前の高揚感は童心を思い出させる‼︎ (意味不明な発言すいません) 鰻は、足立区から仕入れた一級品でまったくエグ味や臭みがなく身がふっくらと炭火で焼かれた香りと良い甘辛いタレで旨味大爆発です。ご飯もタレがかかり過ぎず炊き立てで美味しかったです。また、ウナギの肝を使ったお吸い物は芳醇な香りでした。飲み終わった後に残った肝は、ほんのりと甘苦く、山椒をひと振りかけたらあら不思議お酒が欲しくなる!!!
