★ ★ ★ ★ ★ この前初診で見て頂きましたが、予約優先で初診は完全後回し。朝9時半に入り終わったのが午後の15時半でした。絶対に予約する事をお勧めします。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 祖母の付き添いで行ったときに年寄りの患者に向かって『あんたは病気なの！病気なんだよ！』と高圧的に怒鳴ってる看護士がいました。患者のばあさんも怯えたような泣きそうな顔をしてたのが忘れられません。今時こんな看護士がいるのかとビックリしました。

説明も詳しくしていただけるので安心して通院しています。
基本的に通院は次回の診察を予約して通うので待ち時間１５−３０分くらいですが、初診でみてもらう時は1番最後になるので時間に余裕を持っていったほうがいいですよ。
頭痛が酷いときに初診で３時間待ちは地獄でしたw

医師の説明は丁寧で好感が持てる上、患者の疑問にも的確な回答がありました。看護師さんの対応も良く、患者の都合に合わせて診察時間を調整するなど柔軟でした。
ただ、難点だったのは初診の場合、予約不可なことです。受診日は初診患者が多かったようで待ち時間が長くなるため午前の診療開始時に受付、午後に再来院して診察・検査を受ける方が時間的に無駄がありませんでした。COVID-19の影響で長時間滞在を避ける意味でも事前に電話での問い合わせをオススメします。
