私は相手から憎まれたくありませんので弁護はお断りしました。後日他の弁護士さん何人かに相談したところ菊地弁護士に対して同じことを仰っていました。とても危険な弁護士さんだと仰っていました。
この弁護士さんは民事事件を担当するべきではない弁護士にはふさわしくないと同業者が仰っていました。
民事事件は双方後世に禍根を残すためらしいです。なるほどと思い書き込みさせていただきました。
菊地弁護士にご相談される方はしっかりとお考えください。裁判に勝っても自分が恨みを買い事件に巻き込まれる可能性が否定できないようです。
