s	sci bio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 発熱外来はおすすめしません。体験したことを以下に残しておきます。この近くで発熱外来があるのがここだけだったのでありがたく受診させていただきました。予め電話で予約し、すぐに受診できるとのことだったので訪問。高熱があるのにもかかわらず外で10分待たされました。中に入ると他の患者と動線を分ける為に、入ってすぐの個室を用意していただき、そこで5分ほど問診票を記入しました。その個室はエアコン直浴びで風邪を引いた自分にとってかなりキツい環境でしたが、そこでさらに30分ほど待たされました。院長が検体収集を5分ほどで行い、さらにそこから1時間程度待たされました。それのおかげか家に帰ってから下がりかけていた熱がぶり返してしまいました。また、初診料も処方箋がないのにも関わらず自己負担額4000円。エアコン直浴びの部屋を用意するトリアージ（笑）で300点ほど取られていました。身体が弱いので良く病院には行きますが、他のクリニックに比べて倍は高いと思います。発熱外来だけかも知れませんが、かなり粗悪な対応だったと思います。二度と行きません。 Fever outpatients are not recommended. M	M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 院長先生はクローン病・潰瘍性大腸炎がご専門ということで血便の精査目的で受診しました。程度としては軽症にもかかわらず「検査してスッキリしましょうね」とか、検査の日程を決める際にも「お忙しいですよね」などと寄り添う言葉をかけて頂き安心して検査に臨むことができました。検査自体は別の先生が行いましたが、この方も下部消化管がご専門のようで異常のない私の腸の検査はあっという間に終わりました、早くてビックリ。鎮静も適切で体位変換後に行われた胃カメラは全く記憶にありませんでした。ここまで思い切って鎮静できるのは担当医の方の判断が優れているからだと思います(鎮静不足で辛かった経験談を多く聴いたので) ドクターのことばかり書きましたが、看護師さんも大勢おり無駄がないのに温かく対応してくださいました。そのおかげで不安を微塵も感じることなく検査を受けることができました。また、こちらは予約だけでなく受診時の問診もウェブ問診を導入、内視鏡検査の流れもナースによる説明の前にタブレットで動画をみせる等、患者を待たせないよう無駄な時間を費やさないよう配慮を尽くされています。効率良く運営するシステムに温かく優れた技量をもつスタッフを揃えている、まさに時代の流れに沿ったクリニックと感じました。これから開業される全てのクリニックがこんなふうならいいのに！！と思えるところでした。 The director was consulted for the purpose of examining bloody stools because he specializes in Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis.
