 Masaki Kawai is committed to creating new works that fuse traditional Mino-yaki designs with a contemporary sense of design. Produces tea utensils, objects and living utensils with a focus on black and white contrast and luster, mainly with ash glaze. There is a reputation for the work that shines its own arrangement while retaining the style of Oribe-yaki. We also recommend pottery experience by Kawai, who also serves as a lecturer at NHK Cultural Center Gifu Class.
