★ ★ ★ ★ ★ この一角は大戦直後まで帝国陸軍補給厰駐屯地?だったところでその国有地跡地に陸上自衛隊駐屯地、関東管区警察学校及び警察官舎、建設大学校、国土地理院研修センター、小平団地等が建設され、その後一部の空き地が民間集合住宅、小平市に払い下げ?となって現在の当公園となった。公園内に旧帝国陸軍補給厰跡地であった証も当時のまま残されている。
This corner was the Imperial Army Supply Garrison until immediately after the war, and the Ground Self-Defense Force Garrison, Kanto District Police School and Police Official Residence, Construction College, Geospatial Information Authority of Japan Training Center, Kodaira Housing Complex, etc. were built on the site of the state-owned land. After that, some vacant lots were disbursed to Kodaira City, a private housing complex, and became the current park. The proof that it was the site of the former Imperial Japanese Army supply depot remains in the park as it was at that time.
