茶髪の40〜50代くらいに見える店員に対応してもらった。
初めての来店で、会員登録をしたのだが、後続の客を先に案内していた。
情報入力時は仕方ないと思うのだが、店員のミスで伝えられていなかった部分1カ所に署名をするたった数秒の間でもさらに後続の別の客を先に案内し、無駄に待たされる時間が発生した。
ニットを預けようとしたのだが、預けたとき既に乱雑に取り扱われ、汚い洗濯物を捨てるようにクリーニング袋に投げ捨てられた。
ほとんどの洋服がハンガーに吊るされて保管されていたので不安になり、吊るさずに平置きで保管して欲しいと伝えたところ了承を頂けたのだが、30分ほど後に、やはり雑な扱いをされるかもしれない不安が嫌で、キャンセルをしに向かったのだが、ニットウェアをハンガーで吊るしていた。
クリーニング屋がローゲージのウールニットをハンガーで保管なんてありえないし、平置きで依頼したにも関わらずこのような対応をされ、謝罪もなく非常に不愉快だった。
公式サイトにはお客様の大切なお洋服を〜などと謳っているが、そのような気持ちやプロ意識などは微塵も感じられなかった。
