隣の部屋から水が部屋に流れてきて1部屋使えなくなったのに家賃は全額支払えと言われた。
違法では？と言っても聞いてもらえなかった。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 電話対応の悪さが酷い。電話の際、要件を全て聞いてくるくせに「担当者に代わります。」代わってからまた「ご用件は？」と何の引き継ぎもなく同じことを何度も話すのが疲れるし、話し方が物凄く上からで不愉快。
ちなみにここは退去時に鍵の交換費用を請求するらしいが、私が入居した時とても古そうな鍵でした。詐ぎ会社かもしれませんね。入居時、退去時は慎重になったほうが良いです。特に退去時替えもしない鍵交換費用を請求される可能性が多いにあります。
