電話対応は不遜。
急ぎ対応も渋谷や丸の内であればしてくださるそうですが、融通はききません。
当日も、こちらから声かけしないと無視。
手続き中は大声でぺちゃくちゃおしゃべり。
手続き済みの書類を当方に渡すと、手続き終了のアナウンスもせず電話をかけ始めました。
サービスは期待しませんが、せめて人としての対応をお願いしたいです。
