その下階に、高校生御用達のサイゼリヤがあるが夜はお一人様の男女も。同じフロアのカレー屋さんがまた良い。ナンが抜群に美味しく、ランチ時は780円程度で2種のカレーとサラダ、ナン、ラッシーが付いてある。ナンは味も良いが、大きさも凄い。食べ切れなければ、お持ち帰りも気軽に受けてくれるから、常連客は多いのだ。一回にはファーストキッチンがあり、気分により使い分けすれば良い。

吉祥寺にある雑居ビル的なところ。しかし、ちらほら飲食店が入っていたり。カラオケのまねきねこがあるので、若い人らの出入りが多いかな。
