雲の多い日でしたが、静岡方面が晴れていたためか、富士山がくっきりみえました。
 It was the first mountain climbing in a long time.
It was a cloudy day, but I could see Mt. Fuji clearly probably because it was sunny in the Shizuoka area.

The nice thing about the mountains here is that it's okay if you think of it as a light exercise course. It's trekking, so be careful of your feet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 勾配がきつくなく、ハイキングの延長って感じ。山頂の眺望は抜群です。本宮山よりこっちの方がいいです。
The slope is not steep and it feels like an extension of hiking. The view of the mountaintop is outstanding. This is better than Mt. Hongu.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 富士山みえました? 一時間足らずで山頂まで行けて、訪れる人も多いです。標識しっかりあるので迷いません。駐車場ありますが、いっぱいになります。入れ替わりで何とか入れましたが朝早くいくほうが安心かも。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 頂上は新城、豊橋、豊川を３６０度のパノラマで見ることができます。３０分前後で登れ、健康維持には最適な距離です。頂上まで２kmです。１月１日に初日の出をここで見るためには、朝６時５０分までには頂上に登っておく必要があります。そすれば、７時過ぎに初日の出を見ることができます。
The summit offers a 360-degree panoramic view of Shinshiro, Toyohashi, and Toyokawa. You can climb in about 30 minutes, which is the best distance to stay healthy. It is 2km to the top. To see the first sunrise here on January 1, you need to climb to the top by 6.50 in the morning. Then you can see the first sunrise of the day after 7pm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 車の場合は県道沿いにAコース登山口となる休憩所に10台ほど停められる駐車場あり。結構人気なので停められない場合あり。
停められない場合はさらに直進して川沿いに行くと砂防ダムの手前にＢコース登山口と駐車場あり。
Ｃコースは花火会社の私有地が登山口にあるので業務用車両の妨げになるので林道路肩に停めるのはおすすめしません。
ハイキング程度の装備、気分で登れるが1番楽なＡコースでも山頂直前はそれなりの急登です。
山頂の景色は抜群。雨上がりの晴れた風の強い日は東北東くらいの方角に富士山が見えます。
In the case of a car, there is a parking lot along the prefectural road where about 10 cars can be parked at the rest area, which is the entrance to the A course. It's quite popular, so it may not be possible to stop.
If you can't stop, go straight ahead and go along the river. There is a B course trailhead and a parking lot in front of the Sabo dam.
Since the private land of the fireworks company is located at the trailhead of the C course, it will interfere with commercial vehicles, so it is not recommended to park it on the shoulder of the forest road.
Even with the equipment of hiking, you can climb with a mood, but even the easiest course A is a fairly steep climb just before the summit.
The view of the mountaintop is outstanding. On a sunny and windy day after the rain, you can see Mt. Fuji in the direction of east-northeast.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 山頂が芝地の独立峰なので、景色が素晴らしいです。南方には、三河湾、豊橋市、伊良湖の山々が望めます。北方には、新城の街並みと奥三河の山々が見えます。
メインのAコース登山道は緩やかで、所々で高圧線鉄塔の下が下刈りされていて眺望があるので、登っていて飽きが来ません。駐車場から頂上までのAコース往復で、一時間半前後です。Cコースは、やや傾斜が厳しい樹林帯の道です。Aコース・Bコース・Cコースは途中でそれぞれ交わっているので、いろんなコースバリエーションが楽しめます。ファイトー！
The view is wonderful because the mountaintop is an independent peak of grass. To the south, you can see the mountains of Mikawa Bay, Toyohashi City, and Irago. To the north, you can see the cityscape of Shinshiro and the mountains of Okumikawa.
The main A course mountain trail is gentle, and there are some views under the high-voltage line tower, so you won't get tired of climbing. It takes about an hour and a half for the A course round trip from the parking lot to the summit. The C course is a road in a forest zone with a slightly steep slope. A course, B course, and C course intersect each other on the way, so you can enjoy various course variations. Fighto!
