We were able to get renovation subsidies and consultations, and it was a polite response. I'm looking forward to seeing a 42-year-old house like a new one ☆
ゆ	ゆーき。 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 見学会に参加させていただきました。新築とリフォームと迷っていて、話を聞きに行くと、それぞれの違いを丁寧に教えてくれました。社員さんたちはアットホームな感じで、気さくに話しかけてくれました。当日はキッズスペースもあり、子どもたちも飽きることなく遊べ、話をじっくり聞くことができました。暑い時期で、工事中ということもあり、扇風機などはご用意いただいてましたが、それでも暑くて、、、大変参考になりました。 I participated in the tour. 日	日本一のたけちゃんマン on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 何時までも売れないですね。築42年の家をリノベして新築としか見えない家です。狭いけど庭もあって車も3台は駐車できます。売り方が下手ですね。前の道が一般的な団地と比べて広いです。大型トラックが停まっていても横を普通車が通り抜けできます。これはポイントだと思いますが、一切PRしてないです。 You can't sell it forever. It is a house that looks like a new construction after renovating a 42-year-old house. Although it is small, there is a garden and 3 cars can be parked. I'm not good at selling. The road in front is wider than the general housing complex. Even if a large truck is parked, ordinary cars can pass by. I think this is a point, but I haven't publicized it at all.
