★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The experience was very bad. For years I have heard of KFC as a mythical place for the perfect, crunchiest, zesties fried chicken.
But what I got was a greasy (literally dripping grease) dry flavourless piece of chicken that I would honestly prefare never to encounter.
If I could take away stars- I would.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great convenient location for a KFC, ample seating though the bathrooms are a single stall each on the second floor. The unfortunate thing is the wait time was quite high in the queue. A wait time of at least 5 minutes with only 3 customers in front.
Though staff were pleasant and a menu was available so even non-japanese speaking persons can order easily.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foods are good. Staffs are also well behaved but unfortunately little far from the very famous Shibuya crossing and as result there is no view of the people crossing the scrambled square. This KFC is less crowded compared to others near the crossing.
