web予約から受付しました。 自分よりも受付番号から5人前に窓口受付をしなきゃいけないのですが、私は1人分遅れてしまいました。 結果周回遅れとなり10人分くらい後回しにされます。 はじめから案内されていたら口コミ投稿もしていませんが窓口受付時に「窓口受付が遅れているから番号通りにはご案内できません」と言ってほしかったです。 無駄に待たされた挙句、診察も受けずに帰宅しました。 混み具合にもよると思いますが皆様も気をつけて下さい。

良いと感じるところ ・開院したばかりなので施設が綺麗。この周辺の皮膚科より機器等も揃っているように思う。 ・市内では珍しく駐車場が広い。車内で順番待ちも可能。 不安に感じるところ ・患者のプライバシーに配慮していると謳っているが、診察室内はカーテンで仕切られているのみ。併設されている隣の美容皮膚科の診察内容や、他の患者の診察内容が筒抜け。 番号で呼ばれるとはいえ、待合室での時間が長いためどんな人なのかは解ってしまう。他人に聞かれたくない深刻な症状での通院は薦められない。 ・受付の態度がよくない。説明も親切丁寧とはいえず、テンプレ的回答が多い。業務が忙しいのが原因なのか、覇気がなく、不機嫌そうにみえる。医療機関はサービス業ではないが、最低限のマナーをお互いに心掛けていれば、無用な誤解は避けられるのではと思う。データ入力などのミスが他病院よりも多く(数回遭遇)、月替わりや処方が変わった時などは、明細書の内容は念のため確認することを薦める。 ・診察内容は(症状によると思うが)得意分野と苦手分野があるように思う。絶対に治しますというような姿勢の院長ではないように思う。(よくいえばサバサバ)患者から「こう治したい」と先に具体的に伝えるほうが、効率がよく治療が受けられる可能性が高い。 ・他の方のクチコミにもあったが、年末など忙しい時には、院長以外の医者が来て診察をされていた。その旨を患者に説明をしないのはさすがに不安を感じる。 あまりに混みすぎているのか、ネット予約のシステムが上手く回らず、患者を捌ききれなくなったのか、今後は完全予約制になるとのこと。 個人的には困った時にすぐに受診できる医者というのが理想である。 症状が落ち着いていて、長期間に渡る治療であったり、あらかじめ予定が分かっていたり、緊急性がない軽度な皮膚の症状であれば、訪ねてみる価値のある病院だと思う。

建物は綺麗です。 初診で伺い、中が混んでいたので待つかなと思いましたが思ったより早かったです。 看護師の方はとても丁寧に話を聞いてくれましたが、いざ先生が来ると結構雑に診察され ニキビができやすい病気ってこともあるからねと言われましたが、その病気が何かも他にどんな症状が出るかも教えてはくれませんでした。 とにかく早く終わらせたいというのがビンビン伝わってきたのでそれ以上聞きませんでした。 初診のみでこの先は貴院にかかることが出来ないと伝えたから雑な診察だったのかわかりませんが。。。 もうすぐ完全予約制になるみたいなので気をつけてください。

こちらが出来て結構早くから通ってましたが、最初は詳しく説明してくれて時間をかけて話してくれるので通ってましたが、去年辺りからなんかあったのかと思うくらい急激に混み始め、土曜の9時過ぎで60人待ちが当たり前になってしまいました。先生も忙しくなり態度が急変。愛想が悪いし、ちょっとキレてる感じ。1分ほどの話で終わり。9時に予約し、診察12時頃でした。あまりの変わりようにビックリ!それからはいつもすごく混んでるのでいつもこの様な診察態度に変わってしまいました。受付の方も態度悪いし、通う事考えてしまいます定期的に通わなくてはいけないので、近いから予約をうまく使って通っていますが面倒臭いです。途中から知らない先生がいるし、その先生の説明もないし。先生の態度には気分が悪いです。
