★ ★ ★ ★ ★ この間迄部屋をかりていたけど、壁にあった小指の爪4/1位の最初からあった小さい染みみたいなので、4320円も請求を受けた。不動産会社全てじゃないけど、かなりの悪度さを感じる。最初からあったと言っても何で申請してないんですか？の1点バリ。こんな小さい染みで、高額請求を受けると思わなかったからです。皆さんもエイブルには気をつけて下さい。
The other day I was hanging out in a rattan room, but the small finger nails on the wall seemed to be small stains from the beginning of 4/1, so I received a bill for 4320 yen.
