２Ｆは、気仙沼市教育委員会が入っています。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 高台から海の近くにきましたね、清潔感のある建物で気仙沼市の誇れるコミュニティセンターですね。
交通量が半端なく多い場所なので出入りがとても大変でした。

2014年から旧気仙沼河北新報社ビル（魚市場前１－１）に移転しています。
貸室をよく利用していますが、建物は綺麗で会議室も大人数の入るものから少人数向けまで何部屋か用意されています。
2015年3月中旬時点で暖房の運転が不調の部屋がありましたが、必要ならストーブを貸してもらえるようです。
駐車場は、建物一階の一部に屋内駐車場と、道路向かいの露天駐車場があります。露天の方は舗装されていません。
The facilities in Shiomi Town are not left by the disaster.
Since 2014, it has moved to the former Kesennuma Hebei Shinposha Building (1-1 in front of the fish market).
We often use rental rooms, but the building is beautiful and there are several meeting rooms available for large groups to small groups.
As of mid-March 2015, there was a room with poor heating, but it seems that you can rent a stove if necessary.
There are an indoor parking lot on the first floor of the building and an open-air parking across the road. The street is not paved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 震災前まで気仙沼大川沿いに桜並木あった。今は苗木を植えて並木の復興途上。館内にはその桜をイメージした玄関ドア、外壁、備品など沢山桜があります。桜?の川沿いへ直接お散歩もできます。説明しきれない見どころが沢山あります！防音設備のある部屋にドラムとピアノが常設！助かりますよね?写真を沢山アップしたので見てください?✨✨

You can also take a walk directly along the river of Sakura ?. There are many highlights that cannot be explained! Drums and piano are permanently installed in a room with soundproofing equipment!
