★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 柿ピューレと寒天で作られた生菓子「妙丹柿ジュレ」が美味でした。今回は、道の駅おいらせにて購入。そこまで柿の味は強くなく、やさしくあっさりとしています。中身を外に出す時、ハサミがあるときれいに出せます。
