マッサージなんか信用してなかったけど、整形外科では発見出来ない筋肉の張りが原因だと指摘され30分のマッサージ、帰りは普通に歩けるまで快復しました。
また直ぐに張ってしまうらしいが、何度か通えば解れ易くなるとのこと。
長引く痛みに先が見えて安堵しました。
