★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ナイキ、アディダスなどのスニーカー売り場で、若い黒髪の女性店員、靴のフィッティングでサイズを出してもらうとほれっと言わんばかりに、靴を出して来ました。試着後、少し考えます。と言うと無言でその場を立ち去りました。こんなやる気のない店員は初めてみました。

ゼロではないがほとんどは仕方なく仕事をしていますと顔にだしている。
高級なものを取り扱うならそれなりに接客レベル上げないと難しい。
スポーツシューズ付近は問題外。
違う通路を歩きたくなる。
平行輸入ブランド品は真贋できない人だと買い物は怖い。

２人並んでいたのですが、ずっと私語ばかり
こちらが目の前を通っても「いらっしゃいませ」の言葉もありません
買う気が失せました

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前、お店で買い物をしたのですがスポーツシューズ担当？の若くて背の高い男性の店員さんに接客をしてもらっていたのですが、大変分かりやすく名札に研修を付けているのにも関わらず素晴らしい接客をして下さいました！
また、次回お伺いした際には是非もう一度接客してもらいたいです

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 靴を見に定期的に行くが、男女の店員2人が毎回と言っていい程、堂々と雑談してる。(というか愚痴)物凄く邪魔だし気分が悪い。好きなメーカーがある店なので教育するか、目の届かないところで愚痴でもなんでもしててほしい。
I go to see my shoes on a regular basis, but two male and female clerk chat openly, almost every time. (Rather complaints) It's very disturbing and I feel sick. I want you to educate me because there is a manufacturer I like, or to do anything even if I complain out of sight.
