最初に想像していた焙煎メインの店ではなく、落ち着いた純喫茶といった佇まいの店内でした。
ネルドリップで淹れたコーヒーはしっかり苦味とコクがあり、チーズケーキはしっとりしていてやや軽め。
ちょっとぶっきらぼうなマスターも店の雰囲気に一役買っています。
ちょっと落ち着きたい時にいきたくなる、そんなお店でした。
I ordered a cheesecake set.
It wasn't the main roasting shop that I had imagined at first, but the inside of the shop that looked like a calm pure coffee shop.
Coffee brewed with flannel drip has a strong bitterness and richness, and cheesecake is moist and slightly light.
A slightly blunt master also plays a role in the atmosphere of the store.
It was such a shop that I wanted to go when I wanted to calm down a little.
