マニアルがあるんでしょうが、いっこうにこちらの言葉を疑ってきます。
認知症の父親が、自分で何も出来なくなったので、キャッシュカード作ろうとしたら、本人じゃないと作れません。と言われました。
説明しましたが、1歩も引きません。こちらも困るので強めに伝えたら、本人が電話をしてきて、娘さんに讓渡すると伝えてきたら、大丈夫だと。
そんな会話出来るわけないのに、ほんとにひどい対応でした。
他社の銀行に移ろうか悩んでいます。
