とてもシンプルなつくりな駅で、駅前にはコンビニとオリジン弁当、馬車道くらいしかありません。
This station is located at the southern end of Chofu City.
It's a very simple station, and there are only convenience stores, origin lunch boxes, and Bashamichi in front of the station.

競輪場が近くにありますね。お店よりも住宅が多いイメージですね、ここの駅の周辺は。あとは、高校も近くにあるから学生の出入りは多いかも。

There is a bicycle race track nearby. It seems that there are more houses than shops, around the station here. Also, there may be a lot of students coming and going because there is a high school nearby.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 少しエモい感じの駅です。北側は調布の高めのビルが見える一方、南側は広大な多摩川がホームから臨めます。東京オーヴァル京王閣があり、競輪開催時は臨時改札口が開いていることがありますが、通常は北側に面した改札口しか開いてないです。補足情報として、トイレは結構ボロいです。改札内にみずほのATMがひとつだけあります。
他に調布花火大会のイベントや''花束みたいな恋をした''という映画の舞台になったアパートのロケ地最寄り駅などでもあります。
It's a little emo station. On the north side, you can see a tall building in Chofu, while on the south side, you can see the vast Tama River from the platform. There is the Tokyo Oval Keio Kaku, and the temporary ticket gate may be open when the bicycle race is held, but usually only the ticket gate facing the north side is open. As a side note, the toilet is pretty messy. There is only one Mizuho ATM inside the ticket gate.
It is also the nearest station to the location of the apartment that was the setting for the event of the Chofu Fireworks Festival and the movie "We Made a Beautiful Bouquet".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 京王フローラルガーデンアンジェ最寄り駅でしたが、京王閣競輪場最寄り駅のみになってしまいました。
優等列車は通過で、相模原線内各駅停車になる、区間急行、快速は停車します。
再開発されるようなので今後に期待です。
It was the closest station to Keio Floral Garden Angers, but now it is only the closest station to Keio Kaku Bicycle Racetrack.

駅前にはそこそこの規模の商店街が並び、買い物にはそれほど不自由することはない。
バリアフリー化が遅れていて、非常に高い高架線になっている割には、エレベーターしかなく、ホームまでのアクセスを改良していただきたいと思う。
