今年の春頃からのマクロビオティックの正食協会の講習で初めてお会いした「圭先生」
手のひらがとても暖かくって「タナゴコロ」と言った感じでした
鍼は当然､痛くなく「えっ?今刺してたんですか?」という感想
背中がとても熱くなって軽やかに肩が回るようになりました
帰りの電車は満面の笑顔でした。
食養についてのお話も聞けたりとても知識の深い先生でした(∩´∀｀)∩

先生は陸上競技の経験者との事ですので、陸上競技で故障されている方にはお薦めです。
