丁寧にしてもらい有りがたいです。
携帯で予約できる様になったのでより便利になりました。
今回年末は私の聞き取りだけ洗車の気になる箇所はと聞かれなくこちらからお願いしたので☆一つ減らしてます。
それ以外は満足です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 洗車のために数回利用したが、担当よって仕上がりのクオリティーが違いすぎる。ハズレの担当者に当たると、拭き残しやタイヤワックス仕上げ忘れなど結構あり。
モール周りやドアノブ、サイドミラー周りのブロアーでの水の吹き飛ばしも依頼しないとやってくれません。
ただ、30分ほどの短時間の作業で、ここまで綺麗にする技術はすごいと思います。担当者指名ができれば星4つはいけると思いますが、現状のレベルではこの評価です。

If you don't ask for water to be blown off with a blower around the mall, doorknobs, and side mirrors, it won't do it.
However, I think that the technology to clean up to this point in a short time of about 30 minutes is amazing. If you can appoint a person in charge, I think you can get 4 stars, but at the current level, this is the evaluation.

今回はライトのコーティングのみでしたが、今後ボディもガラスも車内清掃もこちらにお任せすると決めました。

ヘッドライトコート １回目やった時は一年もったのに
２回目 3ヶ月くらいで黄ばみ出てきてる

以前なら常に満足だったが
拭き残し、気になる場所の汚れが落ちてない
ので指摘すると「重点的にやったのですが
・・・」と言われ私が目の前で軽く指で擦ると簡単に落ちました。もう一度洗い直して頂いたのですが、満足しませんでした。
とても、残念です。以前のスタッフさん
戻ってほしいです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先日予約をして予約時間の10分前にお店に到着。お店がとても混雑していたので大人しく待っていた。受付を済ませた後、予約時間の５分後にスタートしますと言われて待っていたが私のクルマは予約時間から20分経過しても放置されたまま。挙げ句の果てにまずいと思ったのか、クルマを待合室から見えないところに移動させまた放置。流石にどうなっているか尋ねたら、必ず約束の時間までに数名で作業をして間に合わせると言ってきた。そういう問題ではないのよね、キーパーさん。結局、待ちぼうけの１時間ほどを無駄に過ごしただけの気分の悪い洗車(⁉️)だった。２度と行きません。
