★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 連休中でここしかやっていなかったので行きましたが、医師は本当に免許があるのか疑うレベルでした。熱が何日も続いていると言っても「へぇー、風邪ですかね？」とか、全身に発疹ができているのに「どこですかぁ？ないと思いますけど？」とか言われました。時間の無駄でしかなく、こんな所に無理して行くくらいなら休み明けをまで我慢させて普通の病院に行かせるべきだと思いました。ちなみにいつもの病院に後日行ったところ、全く違う診察結果が出ました。正直、殺意を覚えました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先生によってはいい時もある。子供が咳と息苦しそうにしていて呼吸も喘息の時の様な呼吸音、なのに胸の音も呼吸も綺麗と言って吸入してもらえず。子供は夜も寝れず次の日、かかりつけの病院に行き、容態が悪いので大きな病院に行き入院になった事があります。今日も呼吸がおかしいので行ったのですが、胸の音も呼吸も綺麗と言われ、先生に何度も言ったのですが吸入もしてもらえず、胸の音はろくにも聞かず、何もしてもらえませんでした。挙げ句の果て「吸入したって効いてるのは少しの間ですからね」と・・

先生は親身に診察、相談に乗ってくれますが、
サポートについている看護師の態度が最悪。
診察の後に、まるで重篤ではない限り来るなというような物言いをされ、大変不快な思いをしました。
こちらが状況を説明しようとしても、ふーん程度で流され、謝罪一つなし。挙げ句の果てに、「こういった事はよくありますけどねぇ」と一言。
相手の状況を考えられないならば、不必要な発言は控えるべきです。該当看護師に謝罪してもらいたいです。
その看護師以外の対応はよかったので星3つにしました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 夜間や休日に看てもらえるのでとても助かります。場所は多少不便ですが駐車場はそこそこ数停められるので車で行くなら安心です。医師、看護師とも基本的に皆さん親切です。施設内は明るく清潔で、あちこちに手作りのアンパンマンの絵などが張られてあり、子供は落ち着くと思います。待合所のテレビには常にアンパンマンの映画を流しています。ここは救急なので、応急措置や頓服を頂く感じになり、しっかりした治療はやはり昼間の他の病院で行うのが良いとおもいます。
It is very helpful because you can see it at night and on holidays. The location is a little inconvenient, but there are a few parking lots available so it's safe to go by car. Both doctors and nurses are basically kind. The inside of the facility is bright and clean, and there are handmade pictures of Anpanman all over the place, so children will feel at ease. Anpanman movies are always on TV in the waiting area. Since this is an emergency, I feel like I'm getting first aid and disposition, and I think it's better to give proper treatment at another hospital during the day.

週末分だけですが、お薬を出してもらえて助かりました。
受診が必要かどうか迷った時は、大阪府小児救急電話相談（プッシュ回線、携帯電話から#8000にかける）や救急安心センターおおさか（#7119）に電話で相談できます。
I have had a medical examination because of high fever and allergies on weekends and at night.
Although it was only for the weekend, I was saved because I was given medicine.

私の思い過ごしで何事もなかったのですが、救急の方々も、診ていただいた女医さんと看護師さんも、嫌な顔ひとつせず終始親切丁寧な対応をしてくださいました。
#8000 は常に混み合っていて繋がった試しがありません…

ただ、その日の当直Drによっては最悪。
明らかに肺雑音があるのに様子見で返されかけてお願いしてレントゲンを取るとしっかり影が。それからＳpo2が低下してること、もう一度聴診してそういえば雑音聞こえるねーと言われ大きい病院に紹介になったり。
下痢嘔吐続きでフラフラになっているのに吐き気止めだけで返されそうになったり。
結局またお願いして点滴だけやってもらいましたが、どうせ針刺すならなぜちゃんと血液検査までしてしないのですか？
こちらからやってほしいこと伝えないと診てくれません。
いくら応急処置の場所だからと言ってもきちんと診ないといつか患者殺しますよ。
