T	TS O on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 午前中配達の荷物が届かず確認したところ某大手からココに渡っていたが、事務員が言うにはドライバーが持ち出していないらしいと。取りに行くと伝えて行ったところ数名のドライバーらしき社員がいたが、某大手から伝票が来てないから分からなかったと言うだけ。某大手が悪いのかココが悪いのか実際は分からないが、誠意は感じられなかった。因みに某大手の各営業所(3営業所)に連絡した際は、電話対応が親切丁寧で『お役に立てず申し訳ありません』と謝ってもらいました。 When I confirmed that the parcel delivered in the morning did not arrive, it was passed from a major company to here, but the clerk said that the driver did not take it out. When I told him to go get it, there were some employees who seemed to be drivers, but he just said that he didn't understand because he didn't receive a slip from a major company. Of all the shipping companies I've been involved with, it's by far the worst. I don't want to add a single star.
