え	えむ5 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 【せんだい　鶴ヶ峰本店】※とんぱた亭系譜とんぱた亭出身の人気チェーン店ですね。県内を中心に数店舗支店がありますが、店ごとにテイストが少し違います。スープは豚骨先行型です。鶏油は結構多めに浮いていて香りはいいですね。少し粘度があるスープは豚骨感強め。ほんの少しザラついた感じもありますし、後味に獣感も残ります。なかなか力強く濃厚です♪ そしてクリーミーで甘みも結構強いです。鶏感は感じないスープだけどコクは十分にあります。醤油感は気持ち強め。混ぜると少しスープの色が変わりますが、甘みのある豚骨スープなので、これくらいでちょうどいいです。丸山製麺(株)の中太麺は断面が正方形に近く、少しウェーブ。茹で加減はちょい硬め程度。しっかりした食感で、弾力もあり美味しく食べているうちにモッチリ感も出てきて、スープにも合っていました。チャーシューは大きめで柔らかな食感ですが味付けはかなり濃いめでした。ほうれん草は量は多め。海苔は大きさは普通で少し厚め。見た目はそんなにパリパリ感がないんだけどスープに浸しても強いです。口に入れても食感がしっかりしていて、なかなか溶けないというか、ほぐれない強さｗ風味もなかなか良かったです。クリーミーなスープだけど、これも美味しいですね。店主も愛想がよく接客など雰囲気は申し分ないです。駐車場はお店の裏にありますが、ちょっと停めにくいので、その場合はコインパーキングの利用をお勧めします。ラーメン麺硬め+海苔増し。 [Sendai Tsurugamine Main Store] * Tonpatatei genealogy It's a popular chain store from Tompata-tei. p	pakun makun on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 来店動機はYouTubeで王道家清水社長とせんだいオーナーとの言い争いがキッカケ。せんだいオーナーは此のラーメンは家系では無く作った物が偶然家系と同じだと主張。事の真相は分かりません。平日昼間に着くと店が保有する駐車場は全て満車で仕方なくワンデイ500円に駐車し店前に着くと外待ち2名の中待ち2名、先に食券を購入し外で待ちます。周囲100mに豚骨臭もする事から期待して「ラーメン並とライス小」を普通でオーダー店内狭く後ろの人が通過するたびに接触し仕切り板未設置なのてコロナ対策大丈夫？ラーメンが提供され見た目は正に家系で一口スープを啜ると「辛いけど尖った塩分は感じない直系とは別物」王道家や直系だと最初は甘辛く中盤か後半にかけ塩分が尖って辛くなりますが最初から辛いが後半からの尖った辛さは無いので飲み易い。スープは個々にバリエーションが有って良いのですが特筆すべきは麺でモッチリしていて酒井製麺所を超えており美味しい。（王道家製麺より美味しいので清水社長も見習って頂きたい）総論として家系を意識してるのは間違いありませんが直系最高の神奈川『杉田家』には及ばず独立系最高『飛粋』には遠く及ばずの印象です。 The motive for coming to the store was the dispute between the royal road family President Shimizu and the owner.
