★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 陸中門崎駅から北に100mほど行った所に川崎あじさい公園があります。ここは元々砂鉄川が流れていた場所で、新しく堤防ができたことに伴い砂鉄川も移動したため、河川敷地として残った場所に地域活性化のためにと整備された公園です。園内には5種3000株のアジサイが咲き誇っています。白色のアジサイが多いです。遊歩道が整備されていて、ゆっくりと歩いて楽しめます。例年7月上旬ごろあじさい公園祭りがおこなわれますが、今年は新型コロナの影響もあり、中止となりました。ただ、園内には入れますので、花のピークは過ぎたと思いますが、もう少し（お盆くらいまで❓）花は楽しめるかなと思います。隠れた穴場スポットだと思います。
 Kawasaki Hydrangea Park is about 100m north of Rikuchu Kadozaki Station. This is a place where the sand iron river was originally flowing, and since the sand iron river was also moved along with the construction of a new dike, the park was established as a river site to revitalize the area. 3000 kinds of hydrangea of 5 species are in full bloom in the park. There are many white hydrangeas. The promenade is maintained and you can enjoy walking slowly. The hydrangea park festival is held around the beginning of July every year, but this year it was canceled due to the influence of the new corona. However, I think that the peak of the flower has passed since I can put it in the garden, but I think I can enjoy the flower a little more (up to about Obon ❓). I think it's a hidden spot.
