まず受付の女の対応が悪すぎる。
店に入ったら、なんで来たん？みたいな顔してしかも、いらっしゃいませの挨拶もない。
整備士のおっさんはいい人だけど、それ以外のふとったおっさんは仏頂面、もちろん挨拶も無し。
流石は個人経営。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ バイク修理を電話で頼んだ所 車種を聞いたとたん、忙しいので、出来ません。と言われたのでいつなら可能ですか？と聞いたら分からないです。と言われました。スケジュール管理も出来ないですか？88年式のキャブレター調整も出来ないお店とは呆れました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初めて行ったけど近所のバイク屋さん特有の入りにくい雰囲気がなかった
接客に来た女性の方（勝手な想像ながら店主の奥さん？）も色々とバイクの質問に答えてくれて感じもすごくよかった。
そんなこんなでまた急にバイク熱がでてきたのか５万円のアドレス１００を買うつもりがGSR250を買ってしまいましたとさ。
なんだかんだ入りやすいバイク屋さんっていいよね

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 自分の店で買ってくれた客しか相手しないのか？接客を面倒くさがるなよ。店やってんだからそれなりの態度を身に付けろ。何もしてもらえないで嫌な気持ちになったまま店を後にした。びっくりするほどの対応態度
おそらく店長であろう背の低いおじさん。
最初店にバイクを持って行った時も2台目の時も、相変わらずの態度でした。ここに金を落としていく気にならなかったので他の店に頼みました。あそこでバイクを買ってない方は行かないことをお勧めします。もっと感じの良い店員さんがいる店は周辺にたくさんあります。
人柄と技術を持ち合わせた人に、お世話になりましょう

SUZUKIの取り扱い店としてサイトに掲載されている認識が無いようです。常連客との会話に没入し、「いらっしゃいませ！」でもなく無視されました。女性です。こんな対応するなら、SUZUKIのブランドイメージ失墜しますので、サイトの販売店表示の再検討をお勧めします。
