★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 開設当初は本当に働きやすい職場でした。入居されてる方やご家族にも評判良かったと思います。
ところが会社が変わるにつれ人員削減、給与削減、最後のグリーンライフになった時無茶なシフトや他施設の応援に駆り出され退職者続出しました。
最後は無茶苦茶な移動や賃金の話をされ、ハラスメントに耐えかね辞めました。で、しばらく経つと「また一緒に働きませんか？」「一度お話ししましょう」と猫なで声で電話がきました。人手に困ったら退職した職員に電話しまくってる様です。別の人は何故か家族にまで電話がかかってきたと話してました。
