★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 資格取得におけるサポートに関する事柄には評価します。但し､幾つか引っ掛かることとして､スタッフの対応について､①-学習中やその他何か分からない事は尋ねたり､聞いてくださいとか､(質問・相談)にもかかわらず､いざ質問したりすると､自分で調べて探しなさいとの回答をされたり､②-就職活動等の相談案件で所長の口から状況後の件で不快なことを蒸し返されたりことなど､又､グループワーク内中のやりとりや( ~後の)での「一部スタッフによる」遠回し名指し言動があったりと､特に､学歴のある者や若い男性利用者に対してエコ贔屓が目立っていたように感じます。
I appreciate matters related to support in acquiring qualifications. パソコンのことなど、分からないことがあったら、職員の方が一緒になって調べてくれて、分かるまで徹底的に教えてくれます。
