★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 修繕はボッタクリに近い金額を請求される 相当几帳面な人でないと退去時の費用は敷引余裕でオーバーします。自分は10万超えました。転居多く修繕も多々経験しており、生活習慣が変わったということもないのですが、額面が違いすぎて驚きです。とてもじゃないけどおすすめできません。
Repairs will be charged close to the amount of rip-off. Unless you are a fairly careful person, the cost of moving out will exceed the cost of laying down. I have exceeded 100,000. I have moved a lot and experienced many repairs, and I haven't changed my lifestyle, but I'm surprised that the face value is too different. Not very, but not recommended.
