八幡神社ではヒキアイモチ行事が毎年体育の日の前日に行われているのだそうだ。子供達が藁で編んだコグツに餅を入れ、神社石段引き上げて落とす事を数回行い、神社境内で引き回したあと餅を分けて頂く行事がある。何とも珍しい行事だけど、どんなルーツがあったのだろうか？続ける事が大事なのは餅論だ。う～～～む
